At Flamoel, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products that are worn, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
